This recipe serves 10-15 depending on how thick you slice it! I did 14 slices this time!
Ingredients:
3 ripe bananas
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup oil (I used walnut oil)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1+3/4 cup white spelt flour
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp baking powder
1 dash of salt
1 tbsp hemp seeds
Optional mix-ins:
10-15 walnuts
6 Medjool dates
Estimated nutrient profile per serving including mix-ins*
Energy: 168kcal
Protein: 3g
Fat: 5g
Carbohydrate: 30g
*if you eliminate or change mix-ins calories will change, and if you cut slices thicker obviously calories will increase slightly. I estimated these values based on having 14 serves.
