Makhana bhel

Ingredients

Makhana/fox nuts 1cup
Ghee 1tsp
Finely chopped onion 1tbsp
Finely chopped tomatoes 1tbsp
Finely chopped raw mango 1tbsp
Finely chopped cucumber 1tbsp
Cilantro/coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Chilli powder 1/2tsp
Tamarind chutney 1tbsp
Green chutney 1tbsp
Sev/bhujia for garnishing

Method:
-Add tsp of ghee in a pan and roast Makhana until crispy on medium flame
-Transfer to large bowl and cool down
—Add chopped onions,tomatoes,raw mango,cucumber ,cilantro leaves,green chutney,sweet chutney,salt,chilli powder ti the roasted makhana and mix everything properly (both chutney contain salt so add salt if only required)
-You can add tsp of lemon juice for tanginess
-Transfer everything to a serving bowl and garnish with sev and coriander leaves
-Healthy and tasty Makhana Bhel is ready to serve!

*Prepare bhel just before eating else makhana becomes soggy
