STUFFED BELL PEPPERS with ground beef and rice
Ingredients
– 6 bell peppers (you can use more if your pot is bigger)
– 500 gr ground beef
– 2 medium white onions
– 3 knobs garlic
– 1/2 cup chopped parsley
– 5 TS diced tomato (canned)
– 1 TS tomato paste
– 1 ts cayenne pepper
– 1/2 ts black pepper
– 1 ts salt
– Boiled water (it depends on the size of your bell peppers)
