• 1/2 cabbage
• 2 large carrots
• 1 onion
• 2 zucchini
• 2 potatoes
•2 eggs
• 1 cup breadcrumbs
• salt
• oil

METHOD
Fry the onions with oil in the pan. Then fry cabbage, carrots, zucchini and potatoes. To salt. Cook for 15 minutes.
Grind stewed vegetables in a blender. Add eggs and crackers to the vegetable mixture.
Grease parchment paper with oil and wrap Veggieloaf.
Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C / 350°F.
