If you are not fond of Milk or Breakfast Cereal, here is another alternative to Breakfast.
One of my favorite quick breakfast alternatives is the Whole Grain Peanut butter Sandwich, with 1 Boiled Egg,
and 1/2 an avocado.
You can enjoy this with a cup of black tea or Juice.
This high fiber, high-protein, low-fat meal is loaded with additional minerals and vitamins like E, D, K and is also filling!!!
It will take you all the way up to lunch time! You can Pre-boil the egg to save time in the morning.
