Our today’s recipe is one of the most popular and healthiest breakfast recipe in Indian homes. This is prepared using flattened rice and is known as “Poha”. Traditional versions are Kanda (Onion) Poha and Aloo (Potato) poha. We have given a twist of veggies to the traditional version of poha, added a variety of veggies to increase the nutritional quotient. Garnished with roasted peanuts, pomegranate, Bhujia-namkeen, fresh Coriander and lemon juice.
