Today I made riced cauliflower two ways. I love this recipe because it’s easy, delicious, fast, healthy, and low in calorie density! I can whip it up in a pinch when I just need something to fill my belly. You could try this with various starches or leave them out to keep it low-cal. Try blending it too to make a creamy rich cauliflower alfredo sauce you can pour on anything!

1 package riced cauliflower
3/4 cup soymilk
1/4 cup nooch
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon marjoram
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2-1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
