2 tbsp of organic spelt flour
2 tbsp of organic garbanzo bean flour
1 tbsp of organic buckwheat flour
1 1/2 cups of organic mustard greens
3 1/4 tsp of organic roasted white sesame seeds
1/4 tsp of organic carom seeds (ajwain)
1 cup of filtered water
4 organic steamed white potatoes
5 tbsp organic, chopped green onions
3 tbsp of organic, chopped bell peppers
1/2 tsp of organic dried parsley leaves
2 tsp of organic, fresh lemon juice
