EASY INSTANT GREEN PEAS IDLY/RAVA IDLY/IDLY/HEALTHY BREAKFAST RECIPE -IDLY:
Ingredients:
Green Peas – 1 cup
Semolina – 1 cup (200 grams)
Curd – 1 cup
Ginger – 1/2 inch
Green chilli – 2
Curry Leaves – 15 to 16
Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
Bengal Gram – 1 tsp
Urad dal – 1 tsp
Oil -1 tbsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Soda salt – 1/4 tsp
Preparation Method:
1.In a mixer jar add the green peas,green chilly.ginger,curry leaves & cumin seeds and make a fine paste.
2.In a bowl add the rava,curd,salt and baking soda and grinderd green peas paste and mix well make it like a batter by adding water.
3.keep for about 20-30 minutes.
4.Heat kadai add oil and tempering with mustard, bengal gram & curry leaves
2.In a batter add tempering ingredients and mix well.
3.Now apply oil(Idly Pan) to the steamer plates and pour the batter into each area of the steamer.
4.Cook on steam for 10-12 minutes.
5.Yummy instant rava idly ready….Serve it with chutney, sambar and idly powder.
