Banana bread is a simple delicacy that can be made with this easy recipe with our walk through video. It can be made within 1 hour to later fill your stomach.

Ingredients:
– 3/4 ripe bananas
– 125ml of brown sugar
– 500ml of powdered oat flakes/ oat flour
– 125ml of oat flakes
– 1 tsp of cinnamon
– 1 tsp of baking powder
– 1/2 tsp of nutmeg powder
– 1/2 tsp of salt
– 2 tbsp of coconut oil
– 50ml almond milk/ coconut water
– 10g of vanilla sugar
– 50ml of chopped walnuts
– 125ml if raisins and any dried fruits

Serving tips: For all the sweet tooth people out there, raisins and dried fruit can be alternated with chocolate chip chunks. You can use two trays to bake the banana bread so that one can be left inside the fridge for future consumption. Banana break can be served with whipped cream and fruits or you can eat it alone.
