Hi guys I have decided to start sharing some of my low calorie snacks and meals that can satisfy your cravings. You can also enjoy a snack without feeling so guilty afterwards.

Today I am going to give you a run through of how to make low calories, healthy, homemade peanut butter. I have an addiction for peanut butter but as delicious as it is, it’s also extremely high in fats. So I decided to make low fat but delicious peanut butter using organic coconut oil low in fat, low in sodium and low in calorie peanut butter powder.
