Here’s how to make a Cauliflower Chickpea Salad. Super tasty and filling for a Quick and Healthy lunch. This was my first time trying this salad, definitely trying this again. MUST TRY!!!

Ingredients:
1/2 Medium head cauliflower
1/2 Cucumber
4-8 Stem Cilantro or Paisley
1 can of chickpeas
1/3 Cup of onion
1/2 Black Pepper
Add a pinch of salt

Salad Dressing:
2 Tablespoon Olive oil
1/3 Cup of water
1 Teaspoon All Purpose Seasoning
1 Teaspoon paprika
1 Lemon Freshly Squeezed
