Bread Kachori is a very simple and easy to make recipe. They are excellent as breakfast and also for children’s tiffin and also great as an evening snack. They are extremely delicious and the stuffing of the mint chutney adds in extra flavor. This snack is loved by all age groups and perfect for any time of day. Try it and you will love it.
Ingredients:
Potatoes 2 boiled & peeled.
Bread slice: 2 pieces
Ginger garlic paste: 1 tsp
Red chilli powder: 1 tsp
Salt
Spring onion 2 tbsp
Sugar
Mint leaves(pudina) 1 bowl
Green chillies: 2
Coconut: 3 inch
Method: Smash 2 boiled potato. Take 2 bread slice. Cut the sides of bread and slightly dip it in water squeeze out the water and mix with potato. Add 1 tsp ginger and garlic paste. Red chilli powder, spring onion,lemon juice , salt and 1 tsp of sugar. Knead everything together. Keep it aside.
In a grinder add mint leaves, green chillies, coconut, ginger salt , sugar lemon. Grind it without water into a chutney.
Take a ball of bread and potato. Make a bowl shape and fill in the mint chutney. Give a pattice shape. In a fry pan add oil and shallow fry them.
