Hi guys! In this video, I am sharing my favorite milk recipe and healthy breakfast that would boost your immune system. The Almond milk is delicious and lots of good benefits. Steel-cut oats is one of the most healthy grains that you can add to your diet. It’s easy to make and tasty.

Almond Milk Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups Almonds
5 cups Water
Steel-cut Oats Cooking Instructions:
Bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Slowly stir in 1 cup Trader Joe’s Steel Cut Organic Oats. When oats begin to thicken, (about 5 minutes) reduce heat and simmer uncovered for about 30 minutes (or to desired consistency), stirring occasionally.
Toppings: Sky is the limit. 🙂 You could put any toppings of your choice. I sometimes use almond milk, honey and maple syrup.
