Ingredients
Long beans 1/4 kg
Green chillies 2
Shallots 6
Oil for tempering
Mustard 1/4 tsp
Split urud dal 1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Hing one pinch
Few curry leaves
Salt as required
Method
Wash n clean long beans n chop them to 1 inch pieces
Heat oil in a kadai n add few mustard vn it splutters add 1/4 tsp spilt urud dal n a pinch of hing. Add chopped shallots, green chillies n curry leaves n saute well
Add required salt n turmeric powder n give a good mix..when the shallots are translucent add chopped long beans n mix well.. sprinkle few droplets of water n cook it covered with lid on medium flame for 10min Saute in between. And Achinga Mezhukkupurati is ready..
