Ingredients needed
Urad bean 250gms
Jaggery 100gms
Ghee 100gms
Procedure:
1.Fry the urad dal for 5-10 minutes till it turns to golden brown Color
2.Let it cool for 20-30 minutes
3.Mix the dal into powder and add jaggery
4.mix it well and transfer into a bowl
5.Add ghee slowly to powder and make round balls
6.simple the yummy tasty healthy sunnudalu ready!!
