A good and healthy cabbage salad with simple ingredients.The Swedish pizza salad is a salad that you can find at all the pizza restaurants and many lunch salad bars at restaurants in Sweden.
The salad has a tasty refreshing flavour and is a mix of sourness, saltiness and a hint of sweetness. It can be side dish for any of meat menu or just to be enjoyed by itself.
You can either make the salad with raw or lightly boiled cabbage. In this recipe, I will do the salad with cabbage that is just cooked quickly in boiled water with salt. It will help the cabbage to absorb the dressing better and make the cabbage a bit softer.

Tips & Tricks:
*Good to make in advance. The salad will be more tasty the next day. Just seal it and put in the fridge.
*You can keep the salad in the fridge for up to a week. But stir it from time to time, (you might find it finished before the week is over, mine is always gone in a day or two 😁)
