I swear all I have been doing since staying home, is cooking & eating! 😂 So I have had a lot of time to test out new recipes…. Here is a Cooking with Ashley segment on my new 3 favorite healthy breakfast ideas!!! Although I could easily eat eggs for every meal, I understand some people are looking for delicious breakfast ideas that aren’t just your average scrambled eggs!!! In this video I’ll show you how to make these 3 recipes:

Chicken Bacon Egg Bake
-8 eggs
-1/2 lb chicken
-2 crispy bacon strips
– 3/4 cup baby bella or crimini mushrooms, sliced
-1/2 white onion
-2 cups broccoli florets
-salt
-black pepper
-olive oil spray
-onion powder
-garlic powder

Chocolate Banana Smoothie
-2 medium zucchinis, chopped & frozen
-1 medium ripe banana, chopped and frozen
-3 Tbs cacao or coco powder
-2 Tbs stevia
-1 cup of almond milk

Chicken Apple Hash
-2 chicken patties or 1/2 lb ground chicken
-1 red delicious apple, peeled & cored
-1 large sweet potato, peeled & chopped
-1 large carrot, peeled & shredded
-1/2 white onion
-2 cups spinach
-2 small zucchinis, chopped
-2 sticks celery, chopped
-sea salt
-cinnamon
