Boiled Kale Chane – 1 Cup
(Black Chickpea)
Roughly Chopped Onion – 1 Small
Breadcrumbs – 1/2 Cup
(I have used bread corners)
Chaat Masala – 1 Tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1 Tsp
Cumin Powder – 1 Tsp
Black Salt to taste
Salt to taste
Curd – 2 Tbsp
Finely Chopped Coriander – 2 Tbsp
Finely Chopped Carom leaves – 1 Tbsp
(Can also use carom seeds instead)
Ghee – 1 Tsp
