Ever since I have tried this Oats recipe, I have been baking this again & again. We have been carrying this to our office almost every day for those mid-meal hunger pangs.

If you’re looking for something chocolaty & tasty yet healthy, you will not be disappointed.

Yield: ~ 275 gms Granola

Total time: 35 mins

Ingredients
1. Rolled Oats – 120 gms
2. Cocoa Powder – 25 gms
3. Honey – 40 gm
4. Canola Oil – 40 gm
5. Nuts –
i. Almonds – 25 gms
ii. Cranberry – 25 gms
iii. Dried Apricot – 2 pcs
iv. Sunflower and Pumpkin Seeds – 25 gms

Directions

1. Chop the nuts first and keep aside.
2. In a large bowl, add the oats, cocoa, chopped nuts, honey, and oil. Mix well to combine.
3. Spread on a lined baking tray and bake in the oven at 150℃ for 15 minutes in total. Keep in mind to bake the granola at the temperature mentioned (150℃) as the chocolate gets burnt at higher temperatures.
4. Break up the large chunks of granola mix which have stuck together while baking.
