Today I decided to show you an easy semi-homemade recipe idea using store bought mushroom raviolis combined with an easy homemade cream sauce. I also added frozen fresh asparagus to make it a one pot meal.

INGREDIENTS
2 Tbsp cooking oil or butter
1/2 medium onion
2 to 3 cloves fresh garlic (minced or crushed)
zest of a small lemon
8 fl oz (236.5 ml) chicken broth
1/4 cup (70 g) greek yogurt (or sour cream)
8 fl oz (236.5 ml) heavy cream
salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 lbs (the 680 g) store bought mushroom raviolis
8 oz fresh or frozen asparagus (chopped)
1 oz (28 g) grated parmesan cheese
