Hi Friends. I hope everyone is safe and healthy. The way to make sure we can overcome with this is to stay home and follow all the guidelines. I feel blessed to have a home where I can be safe. While we all are on this unplanned vacation I thought let me share some healthy recipes. We can use this time to actually start eating healthy. I used ground Turkey but you can use whatever ground meat you have available. So hopefully you will try this recipe and make it. You can share your pictures with on my Instagram. Just tag me.

Ingredients:
Butter Lettuce.
1 lbs Ground Turkey.
1/2 Red Onion.
1 tsp minced Ginger.
1 tsp minced Garlic.
1 tsp Cumin Seed powder.
1 tsp Coriander powder.
1 tsp Salt.
1 tsp Red Chili powder.
1/2 Green Bell Pepper.
1/2 Red bell Pepper.
1 tsp Garam Masala.
Fresh cilantro.

Recipe:
In a wok add oil. Add red onion. Cook until it’s translucent. Add ground turkey. Cook until it changes color. Add cumin seed powder and coriander powder. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Add minced ginger-garlic. Cook for another minutes and add salt and red chili powder. Cook for 3-5 minutes. Add little water. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add red and green bell pepper. Mix it well. Cover and cook 2-3 minutes. Add garam masala. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Add fresh cilantro. I used imili chutney for sauce. Enjoy.
