Hey guys! This is something new I am trying. Which is to meal prep my lunches with the help of my crockpot. It has been hard to figure out what I want to eat for lunch, so I found this great recipe. The only things I did different in this recipe was the herbs and spice and I used unsalted chicken broth. Also, I eat this soup instead of breakfast and then have a small snack which would be my yogurt or smoothie and then I have my dinner.
