The healthy ingredients used in the video are:
SNACK 1:
1/4 Paw paw;
1/2 kiwi fruit;
225 ml of Greek Yoghurt;
Raspberries;
1 table spoon of chia seeds;and
Cashew Nuts.

SNACK 2:
Lettuce;
Grated carrots;
Slices of cucumber;
Chopped red cabbage;
Slices of radish;
Guacamole/Avocado;
Boiled sweet corn;
Freshly squeezed lemon juice;
Slices of red apple;
Cherry tomatoes; and
Cashew nuts.

SNACK 3:
Rice cake;
Peanut butter; and
Slices of cucumber
