I’ve been making all my meals at home now that we are for the moment not traveling, and I think the idea of having a few meals that you love and can whip up easily, is a brilliant one, and one that can help you stay committed to your food plan and goals.

So here are my “trusty 3” raw vegan dinner meals. I mostly eat fruit for my other meals, but dinner is BOTH fruit as well as living/raw greens and veggies and here are a few of my favorites.
