But, here in this video I have shown you the healthy way of making this multi layered lachha paratha using only Atta ( whole wheat flour ) . This super tasty lachha parata ( lachha paratha ) can be served hot with chilli paneer, mushroom or with any veg non-veg gravy . So, must try this healthy , delicious Lachha paratha ( lachha parata ) at home.
Ingredients :
1. Whole Wheat flour ( Atta ) – 2 cups ( or 250 gm )
2. Powdered Sugar – 1/4 tsp ( optional )
3. Salt to taste ( or 1/2 tsp )
4. Ghee ( Clarified Butter ) as required , instead of it you can also use refined oil, butter etc.
5. Water ( to knead the dough ) – 1 cup ( 125 ml or as required )
