After A great response on my sausage cheese roll recipe posted yesterday I got some requests for some easy snack ideas for this lockdown..Also I have shared my homemade pizza sauce recipe which is simple and quick..the recipes included in this video are
1.Home made Pizza Sauce

4. Dudh Gul Poli..instant snack..translated means..milk,jaggery and chappati mix
so I hope you like todays recipes
For the pizza sauce
wash 3-4 small tomatoes well..put them in a vessel that fits in a pressure pan/cooker..add water to cover the tomatoes (2 cups)
pressure cook for 1 whistle on high and simmer for 5-10 m ins..let the cooker cool completely..once cool..peel the tomatoes ,cut off the tips of the tomatoes and make a puree by blending them to a smooth paste in your mixer/blender.
Heat a pan ,add 1 tbsp of olive oil ,add 5 finely chopped garlic cloves,add a tbsp of pizza seasoning/italian herbs ,1 tsp of pepper powder,salt to taste,1 tbsp of to,ato ketchup…let this mixture thicken ..pizza sauce is ready.
for the pizza
chop some capsicum and onion fine as shown in the video,keep some chilli flakes ready,some grated cheese.and some fried sliced sausage/any other toppings of your choice..
Heat a heavy bottomed pan…take a pizza bread ,apply a generous amount of pizza sauce..add the veggies ,sausages,chilli flakes and cheese..heat on the pan ,cover with a lid and cook till the bse is cooked as well as all of the cheese has melted well..alternatively you can bake it in your oven/microwave,
for ths pizza sandwich
prepare the sausage filling as shown in the video
heat a pan ,heat the pizza bread on both sides till golden brown applying some butter/ghee
cut the pizza bread in half ,add the filling ,add some hung curd as shown in the video..fold and serve
for the dudh gul poli
Heat the milk 1/2 cup ,add 2-3 tbsp of grated jaggery .let the jaggery/gul completely dissolve ,make a fresh chappati/poli ..tear the poli into small pieces ,add to the milk jaggery mixture ,mix well…
