Hi Friends, this week I have shared a very simple but healthy lunch idea. We all know Daal rice, it is very simple and tasty food, I shared daal kichadi recipe, which is made with rice and lentils to keep the whole family filling and healthy, this is one of the best food for this quarantine period, we are not able to go out and buy vegetable every week. Despite the situation, it is our responsibility to keep the family healthy. This can be served with Pickle, Papad, Curd Pachadi or Potato Fry. Try this in your home and share your comments with me.

Rice: 150gm
Door Dal: 70gm
Urad Dal: 30gm
Moong Dal: 50gm
Water: 1:3 Proportion
Ghee, Spices, and Salt.
