Which helps in weight loss, control Blood sugar Level, It is rich in protein and fiber. It also helps to reduce cholesterol.you can have it in lunch, which will save your time plus keep you healthy.

Ingredients:
-1 cup of Boiled whole Grains
-1 tbsp Moth Beans
-1 tbsp Brown Chick Peas
-1 tbsp Green Chick Peas
-1 tbsp Mung beans
-1 tbsp Whole Masoor
-1 tbsp Whole Mung
-1 chopped Tomato
-chopped coriander
-chopped mint
-1 Chopped Cucumber
-1/2 Lemon Juice
-1/2 tsp Chaat Masala
-Pepper to taste
-Optional peanuts, kidney beans, chickpeas, other whole grains which you have
