The Korean egg potato patty sandwich is a simple and tasty dish which is easy to make and healthy breakfast for kids.

This sandwich can be served as healthy breakfast or as evening snacks.

The sandwich made in this video is an one serve dish.

The ingredients
Egg – 2
Potato – 1
Cheese – 1 cube
Chopped Onion – (Half regular size onion)
Green chilli – 1
Red chilli powder – as per taste requirement
Salt pepper as taste required

Cooking instructions

1. First slice and cut the potato in a rectangular shapes

2. Take egg, onion, green chili, cheese, potato in bowl

Note: processed Cheese has salt in it. No need to add salt to this mix

3.Mix it well

4.Fry the prepared mix in a pan with butter

Pro Tip: Egg cooked with butter always taste better and kids like that taste

5. Make a fried egg.

6. Fry the bread until it gets crispy and add ketchup once it’s cooked

7. Place the prepared egg cheese potato patty and fried egg with the bread
