For Rice Halwa:

Rice – 1/2 cup
Coconut – 1/2 cup
Jaggery – 3/4 cup to 1 cup
Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp
Water- 1 1/4 cup
Ghee – 2 to 4 tbsp

Method:

Soak the rice in water for 2 hours.
Add the drained rice, coconut and water to the blender.Blend until fine batter(like neer dosa batter).
Heat the pan and add the rice coconut batter.
Stir continuously to avoid lumps.
Once it starts thickens add jaggery. mix well.
Add ghee and cardamom powder. Mix till the halwa separates from pan.
