Quick and healthy Recipe
1 ½ cup whole wheat flour (or as you required)
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp mixed of cumin and coriander powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
Salt as per the taste
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 small sized chopped onion
Chopped capsicum
Shredded carrot
You can add the vegetables as per the choice
Add chopped coriander leaves
Chopped green chilies
1 tbsp crushed ginger and garlic
Add 2 tbsp curd (optional)
Add water little by little and make thick batter
We need a cup of water to make batter
Batter consistency should be like this
Add 1 tsp oil in a pan
Cook in a low medium flame until it turns into a golden brown color from both side
Serve with tomato ketchup or any kind of chutney
