This recipe is a guilt free and oil free healthy eating. Now time should not be the excuse for healthy food with the super easy 15 minutes recipe.
Ingredients:
1/2 Cabbage
1 White Onion
1/2 Capsicum
1/2 Red Pepper
4 Pieces of Bran Bread
Salt & White Pepper
Olive Oil
How to Cook:
Cut all the vegetables in thin slices and stir fry in 1 table spoon of olive oil for 5 minutes until light colored. Add Salt and white pepper in the pan as per your taste and stir fry for 30 seconds more. Turn off the stove.
Cut the sides of bran bread and make it thin with the rolling pin. Add the vegetables and make it a roll. Put the roll in the air fryer at 200 C for 8 minutes and its ready.
