Recipes:
1. Air Fried Potatoes with bagel sandwich
2. Healthy Nachos, you can use regular cheese if you aren’t dairy free, and any toppings! bake at 400 for 8-10 mins till the chips get a little golden!
3. Veggie Tofu Wraps-I used these low calorie wraps because I wanted to try them but you can use a regular one instead!
4. Chia Oats with Apple Topping:
Add 1/2 cup oats to your mason jar with 4 tbsp chia seeds, and pour about 1/2 cup almond milk on top and set in fridge to thicken. Warm 2 tbsp coconut oil in medium heat, add 1 chopped apple or other fruits you’d like, dash of maple syrup and cinnamon, and cook until soft. Top into mason jar with other toppings and enjoy!
