Ingredients:
1 lbs Broccoli florets.
2 Eggs.
4 tbsp Flour.
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan Cheese.
1 tsp Salt.
1/2 tsp Crushed Black pepper.

Recipe:
Boil the broccoli. Drain the broccoli florets. Chop into very small pieces.
Transfer into a bowl. Add eggs, flour, shredded parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Mix everything together.
Heat some oil. Scoop out the mixture into the pan and flatten the mound. Cook for 2-3 minutes on both sides. Or until it’s golden brown. Enjoy.
