Pav/Pao or India Dinner Rolls bread, is a simple and versatile bread that goes very well with snacks as well as main course, and even for breakfast. Traditionally, its made with refined wheat flour (maida), but we have used half whole wheat flour (aata), to give it a healthier twist.

Ingredients:
For Activating Yeast:
1/4 cup Lukewarm Water
1/4 tsp Sugar
2 tsp / 8 gm Instant Yeast

For Pav:
2 cups / 300 gm Whole Wheat Flour (Aata)
2 cups / 300 gm All Purpose Flour (Maida)
4 tsp / 20 gms Sugar
4 tbsp / 60 gms Salted Butter
2 tsp / 10 gm Salt
375 gm Water (by weight)
60 gm Activated Yeast Mixture

For Milk Wash:
1 tsp powdered sugar
Little Lukewarm Milk
