Ingredients:
Soya chunks
Salt
Vinegar
Green chilli
Garlic
Ginger
Coriander leaves
Turmeric powder
Garam masala
Kashmiri red chilli powder
Gram flour (besan)
Onion
Desi ghee
Oil (for roasting)
Chaat masala
Lemon juice
Method
Preparation of Soya:
Boil soya chunks in water with a little salt and vinegar (to remove the raw smell).
Drain and rinse with fresh water.
Squeeze out excess water using a cloth.
Preparing the Mixture:
In a grinder jar, add green chilli, garlic, ginger, and coriander leaves.
Grind coarsely (dardara paste).
Add boiled soya chunks and grind again to combine.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl.
Add turmeric powder, garam masala, Kashmiri red chilli powder, salt, and gram flour.

Mix well, then add desi ghee and combine.
Shaping Seekh Kebab:
Take small portions of the mixture.
Shape them into long seekh kebabs using skewers or by hand.
Cooking (No Oven):
Heat oil in a pan.
Place the seekh kebabs and cook on medium flame.
Turn occasionally and roast evenly until golden and crispy from all sides.
Serving:
Garnish with chaat masala and lemon juice.
Serve hot with green chutney 😋
