Hey everyone! In today’s video I am sharing with you some easy 5 minute lunch recipes that are also healthy lunch ideas. These healthy lunch recipes can be made in 5 minutes or less and are delicious! they are plant based with lots of veggies and some are paleo and keto too! Also great if you are eating low carb (The two bowls) #healthylunch #quicklunch #lunchideas
HEALTHY LUNCHES PLAYLIST:
Chickpea Mash Toast
1 cup chickpeas
1/2 avocado
handful fresh basil
juice of half a lemon
gluten free bagel or toast (I use O’Doughs)
Thai Chicken Slaw
2 cups slaw mix
1 tbsp avocado oil
1 tbsp almond butter
1 tbsp coconut aminos
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
Egg Tahini Bowl
2 cups veggie mix
an egg
2 tbsp sunflower seeds
2 tbsp pomegranate
1 tbsp tahini
juice of half a lemon
1 tsp garlic
pinch himalayan salt
