Patod is a traditional Rajasthani recipe made using besan, curd and spices.

Ingredients:

For Besan Paste
Besan – 1 cup
Water – 1/2 cup

For Curd paste
Curd – 1/4 cup
Water – 1 cup
Salt – as per taste

For Patod
Oil – 2.5 tbsp
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
Ginger garlic paste – 1/2 tsp
Green chilli paste – 1/2 tbsp
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp

For Tadka
Oil – 1 tbsp
Mustard seeds – 1/2 tsp
Cumin – 1 tsp
Sesame seeds – 1 tsp
