Join us for this fun and exciting event featuring “Chef” Casey Miller, Physical Therapist and Registered Dietitian, PT, DPT, MS, RD, CSCS, at FYZICAL Therapy, Balance and Wellness Center of Rockville, MD. Casey will be creating a simple, easy and healthy breakfast recipe to make for yourself or with the help of your kids. She will guide you step-by-step through this recipe, so that you can easily replicate this for you and your family. If you are a foodie or just want to try something new, this is the event for you! All you need for a one person serving is a muffin pan, a 1/4 cup of your favorite veggies, cooking spray, 1 egg and a dash of seasonings, if desired. If you would like to add some garnishes on top once it is finished, some great ideas include avocado, parsley, jalapenos, etc.
