This video details the process of how to make Hummus with a simple and quick method. I consider Hummus as a healthy vegan snack and love to have it with some bread.

The ingredients required to make Hummus:
400g Boiled Chickpeas, Garlic, 2 tablespoons Tahini, 1/2 Red Chilli, 1/2 cup Olive Oil (not at the same time), 2 tablespoons Water, 1 teaspoon Salt, 1 teaspoon Pepper, 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder and 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice. Paprika powder and Mint Leaf (for garnishing)

I find Homemade Hummus is much tastier than the ones available in the supermarkets. Hummus is a complete vegan dish and originates from the Middle East.
