Ingredients:
Chicken Stuffing:
-Oil 2 tbs
-Chicken qeema (Chicken mince) 250 gms
-GingerGarlic paste 2 tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Garam masala powder ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Spring Onion finely chopped 1 bowl
-capsicum chopped 1 bowl
-tikka Masala 1½ tbsp
-coriender powder 2 tbsp
Crepes:
-Pani (Water) ¾ Cup
-Doodh (Milk) 1 Cup
-Anday (Eggs) 2
-Makhan (Butter) melted 2 tbs
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 Cup
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp
-Oil
Assembling:
-Crepe
-Cheese slice
-Chicken filling
-Oil
Directions:
For Chicken Stuffing:
-In frying pan,add oil,chicken mince and mix well until changes color.
-Add gingergarlic,red chili powder,garam masala powder,salt,tikka masala powder,coriender powder and mix well for 2 minutes.
-Cover and cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
-Add capsicum,spring onion and mix well.
-set aside.
For Crepes:
-In grinder,add water,milk,eggs,butter,all-purpose flour,salt and blend until combined.
-Brush frying pan with oil,pour 1/3 Cup of prepared batter and cook on low flame from both sides.
Assembling:
-Turn off the flame,on prepared crepe,add cheese slice,chicken filling and fold all four sides carefully.
-Turn on the flame,apply oil and fry from both sides until golden brown.
