Thinking of an ideal weight loss breakfast recipe ideas, I decided to try my hands using what I have in the freezer. I still have some boxes of multi- purpose vegetable purée I made weeks ago.
I instantly got an idea for my breakfast. Can I make a pancake out of the puree?
Ingredients
2 tablespoonful of Multi-purpose vegetable purée
1 egg
2 tablespoonful of gluten supported flour
A drop of Coconut milk
Grounded nutmeg
Olive oil or butter
Salt
Method
Put flour in a mixing bowl, add salt, and nutmeg and mix
Crack in the egg
Mix well
Add puree and mix, pour in milk and mix until it’s smooth
Brush oil in fry pan, let it heat well and fry the mixture.
Serve hot with Fat melting concoction or Green tea
