INGREDIENTS :

1 avocado peeled, pitted & sliced
1 english cucumber sliced thinly
1/2 cup red onion sliced thinly
1 piece chili pepper minced (optional)
10 oz light chunk tuna (1 small cans tuna in oil, drained and flaked)
2 tablespoon cilantro chopped
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

In a large salad bowl, combine: sliced avocado, sliced cucumber, chili pepper, sliced red onion, and drained tuna.
Add cilantro to the mixed bowl
Drizzle salad ingredients with 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspoon black pepper (or season to taste).
Gently toss to combine and serve.
