5 Minute HEALTHY Lunch Ideas! These meals are high in protein and only take 5 minutes. There are great for on the go people. Quick and easy meal prep!

Meals:

1) Chickpea Salas (serves one)
-1/2 can roasted chickpeas
-sliced cherry tomato
-sliced cucumber
-sliced bell pepper
-salt + pepper
*you can add any additional ingredients if desired.

2) Lettuce Tacos

Ingredients:
-protein source (i used chicken)
-quinoa/couscous/rice/any filler
-salsa
-toppings (i used red onion and cilantro)

3) Sweet Potato + Chicken

Ingredients:
-sweet potato
-protein source (I used chicken)
-non-fat greek yogurt
-salsa
-toppings (i used red onion and cilantro)

Directions:
-Cook sweet potato in microwave for 3 mins. flip. cook 2 more minutes.
-cook and chop up chicken
-chop toppings
-assemble one bomb meal

Snacks:

1) Almonds + Peanuts
-1 serving size fo each

2) Carrots + PB

3) Sweet Potato Fries
Ingredients:
-Sweet Potato
-Olive Oil
-Rosemary
-Thyme
-Garlic Powder
-Ground Mustard
-Salt + Pepper

Directions:

Cut sweet potato into desired shapes.
Season.
Bake at 425 for 15 Mins.
-you can flip fries in the middle of baking to make them crisper
