There are a lot of recipes for vegetable salads, I offer five of the most simple and tasty options.

Cucumber salad:
Cucumbers -1 PC
Radish – 100 gr.
Eggs – 2 PCs.
Lettuce leaves – a bunch
Green onion bunch
Dill
Salt, pepper-to taste
The 20% sour cream or mayonnaise

Salad with tomatoes:
Tomatoes (can be cherry) – 100 gr.
Radish – 100 gr.
cheese or feta – 100 gr.
Onion (preferably red) – 1 PC.
Lettuce leaves
Salt, pepper (if using a very salty cheese, pickle salad does not need)
Vegetable oil

Salad with carrots:
Radish – 100 gr.
Carrots – 1 PC
Cheese – 50 gr.
Salt
Garlic – 2-3 cloves
Mayonnaise

Salad with cabbage:
Radish – 100 gr.
Young cabbage – ½ head
Cucumber – 1 PC
Dill, green onions
Salt, pepper – to taste
Vegetable oil or mayonnaise

Salad with crab sticks:
Radish – 100 gr.
Crab sticks – 100 gr.
Cucumber – 1 PC
Egg — 2 PCs.
Onion or green onion
Corn – 1 small. bank
Salt, pepper – to taste
Mayonnaise
