Whipped Cream – 1 1/2 Cup
Arrowroot Biscuit/Any healthy biscuit of choice – 8-10
Melted Butter- 3 Tbsp
Sliced Strawberry – 5-6
Chia Seeds(soaked in water for 15 Min) – 1 Tsp
Almond & Walnuts Mix – 1 Tbsp

Granola Parfait-:
Yogurt – 2 Cup
Honey – 4 Tbsp
Warm Water – 4 Tbsp
Mixed Berries – 1/2 Cup
Rolled Whole Wheat Oats/Regular Oats – 1 Cup
Raisins – 1/4 Cup
Roasted Pumpkin Seeds – 1 Tbsp
Chia Seeds(soaked in water for 15 Min) – 1 Tsp
Almond & Walnuts Mix – 1/4 Cup
