30g Protein Blend Powder
92g Egg Whites
120g Pumpkin Canned
40g Swerve Confectioners
15g Unsweetened Applesauce
15g Cocoa Powder
1 tsp Baking Powder
Bake at 350° for 15 minutes
Frosting Recipe (For 6 donuts)
10g Sugar Free/Fat Free Pudding
3g Splenda
100g Plain Greek Yogurt
2 Oreo Thins crushed inside
2 Oreo Thins crushed on top at end
