Ingredients:
½ cup boiled green pea
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp low-fat curd
1 tsp green chillies
1/8th tsp carom powder
½ cup whole wheat flour
2 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
Method:
1. Grind boiled green pea to a smooth paste, you can add a little water if required.
2. Transfer the paste into a bowl. Add low-fat curd, green chillies, carom powder, wheat flour, and salt to taste.
3. Knead the dough.
4. Roll the dough flat into parathas.
5. Add oil on a hot pan and roast the paratha until they turn slightly brown.
Enjoy hot, crisp and healthy Low-Fat Matar Parathas with curd.
