Avocado paratha/roti is a simple, healthy & tasty flatbread recipe made with whole wheat flour(atta). It’s an easy recipe as the stuffing is directly mixed in the dough. Here we used avocado to make the parathas which is a superfood as it is rich in good fats, magnesium, potassium & fiber. The fats in avocado make the parathas super soft. These parathas are great for any meal but ideal for breakfast & also to pack for kid’s lunchbox.

Riped Avocado – 1
Coriander leaves – handful
Garlic – 1
Salt – 1 Tsp ( adjust to your taste )
Wheat flour – 1 Cup ( if needed add more later )
Ghee
